Pollie Little
Executive Director
Bio
Pollie Little is the Executive Director of Inspired Living at Bonita Springs. She has been with Inspired Living since July of 2017.
Born and raised in a small town in Michigan, Pollie learned at an early age that good work ethic, strong moral values and compassion really does make a positive impact on the lives of others. As a young adult, Pollie obtained her real estate license, worked with a real estate developer and became a Property Manager. It was that experience that led her to senior living when that developer decided to build an independent living community. Pollie assisted in the planning and development of the community and led the sales team. She later became the Executive Director. It was then when she realized that working with seniors was her passion. Pollie has worked in senior living for over 25 years. During that time, she has worked in independent, assisted, and memory care.
Family
Pollie has 2 sons and 3 grandchildren. When she isn’t working she loves spending time with her family, especially her beautiful grandchildren Matthew, Keith and Evelyn.
Hobbies
Pollie is living her best life. Outside of a career that she enjoys, she loves to travel. Her most recent trip was to Hawaii and her next adventures are a Disney cruise with her grandkids and then Italy in September of 2025! She also loves to cook and to garden.
Inspiration/Why Senior Care
Working with seniors has brought so much joy to her life. When they can smile or laugh despite their struggles and challenges it truly inspires her. Pollie feels so blessed to be a part of their journey.
Mary White
Lifestyle Advisor
Bio
Mary White currently serves as the Lifestyle Advisor at Inspired Living in Bonita Springs. Before joining Inspired Living, Mary worked as a realtor specializing in 55+ communities in Southern Florida. Her career began at Brookdale Bonita Springs as a Sales Manager, where she was later promoted to Sales and Marketing Director before relocating to Fort Myers. Mary crossed paths with Brett Marston and Deb Schiber at Inspired Living while she was based in Bonita Springs. When Brett retired, she applied for the position and upon meeting the team, she felt it was a perfect match!
Family
Mary grew up in New York with her big family. She is the oldest of 49 grandchildren. After graduating high school Mary moved to NYC where she attended F.I.T college. She lived in Manhattan for 10 years before moving to Florida. She now lived in Fort Myers with her fiancé and two children and Duke.
Hobbies
When not in the office Mary enjoys spending time with friends and family. She also enjoys boating, golfing, beaches, pickle-ball and going to BBQs. When not with friends and family she is remodeling her new home, painting, or gardening.
Inspiration/Why Senior Care
The 55+ senior living industry has always been Mary’s comfort zone but while helping her parents transition into assisted living she found a new passion. Her enthusiasm and eagerness to help families and their loved ones.
