Memory challenges are complex. Let’s figure it out together! This support group provides an opportunity for caregivers of those affected by Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias, to share their experiences and receive inspiration, guidance, and support. The group is led by experts in the field, from ComForCare.
The meetings will focus on how to live well by empowering both the individual and the care partner through education and encouragement. During each meeting, we will present an educational topic and participants will be encouraged to discuss and share their own experiences. Space is limited. RSVP is required. Please join us!
