Meet Your Executive Director
Nicole Sutton
Hello, my name is Nicole Sutton. I was born and raised here in sunny south Florida. I have worked in senior living for over 20 years.
I began my career in senior living as a receptionist at a local nursing home. I immediately realized my passion for serving seniors. Since then, I have been blessed with the opportunity to experience and serve in all areas of senior living. In 2016, I accepted my first position as Executive Director of an Assisted Living Community in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This is where I discovered my true calling to create unique and memorable experiences for my residents, staff, and family members.
I am a mom to three sons, John (24), Cody (22), and Cristian (16) who I raised as a single mother. My boys are my pride and joy. In my spare time I enjoy cooking for my family, cruising around in my jeep, fishing, and watching the Miami Dolphins.
I look forward to making a difference in the lives of the moms and dads we serve at Inspired Living at Royal Palm every day!
Christy Zillmer

Bio
Christy Zillmer is a Lifestyle Advisor at Inspired Living, where she opened the Royal Palm Beach location in 2020. She exudes the company’s initiatives and presence from 1st impressions to lasting relationships in the community through exceptional customer service. She manages all aspects of Sales and Marketing for the community, that include working with families from tours to moving a resident into the community, outreach, business development, and networking events.
Prior to joining Validus Senior Living she was a Sales Associate with a large Independent, Assisted, and Memory Care Community in a neighboring town. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Family Studies from the University of Maryland. Her first jobs out of school involved helping Seniors at Eyecare Centers and as hobby leading Senior geared fitness classes. When given the opportunity to meet with families and help moms and dads find a home they could thrive in close to her home, she knew she found the perfect fit.

Christy lives in Wellington with her husband Josh, four children, 2 cats and 1 dog.
Hobbies
Christy has a strong passion for public health service in the community. Any spare moment Christy has not working or with family is usually related to music and being on the dance floor.
Inspirations/Why Senior Care
Her passion for senior care started when she was in grade school as she enjoyed volunteering in local Assisted Living communities around holidays. Christy only had 1 living grandparent when she was born that but passed away when she was only 8 years old. She craved the wisdom that only our Elders could share.
