Studies have shown that the happiest seniors are active seniors. Motivating residents to become engaged in fitness and wellness programs is one of our goals. Fitness programs promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional wellness, leading to a better overall quality of life.

We offer a wide range of activities designed to promote active aging, including fitness classes, aquatics, strength training, yoga, tai chi, and balance classes. We take a holistic approach to resident health, inviting rehabilitation partners to also provide long-term therapy including physical, occupational, and speech therapy.

Fun social activities also support physical health allowing residents, who may take longer to get adjusted to a new living situation, feel more comfortable. Inspired Living residents connect to other residents as they exercise, enjoy the community, and engage in purposeful activities that enhance their physical and cognitive health.
