Letter from Our CEO
Dear Residents, Families, and Team Members,
Welcome to Inspired Living!
Since our inception in April of 2013, the Inspired Living community brand was developed and operates with a singular focus of enhancing the lives of our moms, dads, families, and the associates which we serve. The communities were designed and built with state-of-the-art technology, amenities, and programs, with the intent to meet and exceed the needs and expectations of our residents and families.
Never had we seen these principles more actionable and present in our operational culture than over the last 24 months. As our nation and the world became engulfed by the impact and challenges of the Covid 19 virus, our inspiring teams continued to act quickly with a generous spirit to meet the needs of our families and residents, regardless of the personal impact the pandemic was having in their lives and the lives of their loved ones.
It was our community team members and leadership who showed our organization how to be one percent better each day. Their strength and conviction to create meaningful days for our moms and dads was clearly evident. They adapted to new daily protocols from the CDC and local government, managed resident needs and fears, and heightened families stress from the lack of access to the community, all while learning how to thrive in a new and changing work environment.
Our Inspired Living team members are our moral compass, and they will provide the needed infrastructure that we will continue to build our organization from.
We care, think, understand, and act quickly. We commit to being 1% better every day. We are generous in spirit.
