Within the app, you can review your account balance, transactions, and statements, and make payments all through one central location. Although many people can be skeptical about these types of things or prefer to still write checks, let me explain to you some of the benefits of this new technology and why Rent Café: Online Resident Portals can make your life so much easier and hassle-free.
- Pay whenever, wherever. Each month you can make a quick payment in minutes from the comfort of your couch. You can use rent café from the use of your smartphone, iPad & tablet, or laptop.
- Avoid any late fees or penalties. Forgetful moments or last-minute runs to the bank/community happen from time to time. You can set up auto-occurring payments at a set amount, so you never have to worry about being on time or having the incorrect amount.
